These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of www.iziraflow.com (the "Site"). The Site is operated by IziraFlow, a business registered in Ontario, Canada (Ontario Business Registry No. 1001635101). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Who can use the Site
The Site is intended for business owners, managers and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that business.
2. What we offer
IziraFlow designs, builds and manages AI-powered automation for healthcare clinics and fitness businesses. This includes missed-call recovery, booking, reminders, follow-ups, review requests and payment reminders. The Site gives general information about our services. It is not medical, legal, financial or professional advice. Our automations are business-communication tools. They do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or clinical advice, and they do not replace your professional judgment or your team.
3. Free audit
We offer a free automation audit, currently a 20-minute call. • The audit is free and comes with no obligation to buy anything. • Any findings, recommendations or estimates are based on the information you give us. They are for guidance only. • We may limit the number of audits we offer and may decline or reschedule an audit at our discretion.
4. Estimates and examples
Figures on the Site are illustrative only and are not a promise or guarantee of results. This includes figures from the savings calculator, the example workflow cards, reply times and "potential booking recovered" values. Your actual results depend on your business, your clients, your team, the tools you use and other factors outside our control.
5. Client services
If you become a client, our services are governed by a separate written proposal, service agreement or statement of work (the "Client Agreement"). The Client Agreement sets out scope, pricing, payment terms, data protection obligations, and the start and end of the engagement. If the Client Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Client Agreement wins for those services. Prices shown on the Site may change and may not include applicable taxes (such as HST in Canada, GST in India or VAT in the UAE). The final price is confirmed in your proposal or Client Agreement.
6. Your responsibilities
When you use the Site, you agree not to: • give us false or misleading information, or impersonate anyone; submit anyone else's personal information without their permission, or submit health or medical information through our forms; • try to break, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Site or our systems; • upload or send viruses, malware or spam; • use the Site for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose. If you are a client, you are responsible for making sure you have the consents and legal permissions needed to message your own patients, members or customers through our automations. This includes consent under CASL in Canada and the equivalent rules in India and the UAE.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and its content belong to IziraFlow or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. This includes text, graphics, logos, the IziraFlow name, design, workflows and code. You may view and share Site pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, modify, republish or sell any content without our written permission. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.
8. Third-party services and links
The Site may link to or use third-party services, such as scheduling (for example, Cal.com), WhatsApp, email providers, social media, analytics and payment providers. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
9. Communications
When you contact us or book an audit, you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp about your request. We send marketing messages only with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, about the Site. This includes warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IziraFlow and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, bookings or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed CAD $100. Liability for client services is governed by the Client Agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IziraFlow and its owners, employees and contractors from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You agree that the courts located in Toronto, Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site, unless local consumer protection laws give you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.
14. Changes, suspension and general terms
• We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date will change. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated Terms. • We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. • If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. • Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right. • These Terms, our Privacy Policy and any Client Agreement are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site.
